Select audio device
Virtual Audio Cable allows me to split various programs into different "virtual" cables where I can control their volumes independently.
The goal is to achieve a different volume mix on the headset, to that of the volume mix that's actually hitting the stream from OBS.
Sadly, Plane9 will only pick up sound from the system's default audio device; rendering it useless if you have separate "virtual" cables for music and system default.
I would like to request an option that would allow us to select the audio device that Plane9 will "listen" to, when generating it's visualization.

I newed the ability to choose the sound output what is choosen for vfx, i like the app but useless for background VFX on my stream as it wont react to the soundcard I use for broadcast but rather it uses my headset that I use for mixing.

Please do add this feature, it would be very useful. I cannot use this software for streaming because I would like to route only music I am playing into the visualizer using virtual audio cables. Please add this feature! Thank you for the otherwise very nice resource.

It should be fairly simple for them to add a dropdown list for a 'listen' device.
I was really disappointed after downloading and finding out therer was no way to select a device.
As a streamer I use a GoXLR pro which allows me to manage Music, Chat, Game and System sounds independently by routing apps to the different 'virtual' devices.
Because music is routed through my 'Music' device this program is rendered useless :(

This would be great to hook up to microphones and ndi sources, It would be very useful to have different visualisations for different hosts and push them through to obs.
